Colorado State University Extension Food Systems Team

In partnership with the Colorado Department of Agriculture, the CSU Extension Food Systems team has continued to explore new food system development strategies, including Colorado Proud, Colorado MarketMaker, business development workshops, Colorado Building Farmers, as well as industry sponsored research and USDA NRI funding to support Colorado farms, ranches and food businesses.
