We are certified organic producers that believe pasture feeding is essential to the development of omega fatty acids. We only produce fresh in the spring, summer and fall because of being located in Ohio and we supply frozen in the Winter. We go way beyond the certified requirements by cleaning weekly, not monthly or annually, protecting the animals from predators so that they can live in a stress free environment and providing shade, ventilation and 5 acres of grassland.
