We are a cooperative of beef producers that market our beef under the brand name Ohio Signature Beef. Characteristics of Ohio Signature Beef include: Raised in Ohio, no added hormones, no antibiotics used (during the finishing phase - at least 140 days prior to harvest), Fed no animal by-products, Corn-fed (during the finishing phase - at least 140 days prior to harvest), Source-verified, USDA Choice and Prime, USDA certified, dry-aged a minimum of 7 days, and Satisfaction guaranteed. Along with Ohio Signature Beef, we also market Ohio Heritage Beef, which is the beef snack division of Ohio Signature Beef. Products sold as Ohio Heritage Beef include: snack sticks, jerky and summer sausage.
