Windy Springs Botanical LLC is a family-owned micro-business dedicated to the principals of sustainable food production and gardening through direct marketing and farmers' market sales of vegetables and culinary herbs, and by providing kitchen and ecological garden design/installation/maintenance services. Our mission is to provide fresh produce, herbs and flowers to central Iowa consumers who are seeking healthful, flavorful, safe and sustainably grown alternatives to industrially produced food found in large retail grocery outlets -- be it at a local farmers market or by through our kitchen garden services. We also offer design and installation services for ecological (prairie, rain, butterfly/pollinator, and wildlife ) gardens.
