Established in spring 2015, Vulcan Farm is the hyper-diverse R&D farm for Midwest ARS LLC. With over 400 species/varieties for edible crops, several active experiments, variety trials, long-term video monitoring, and much more, this is the place to experience the full breadth of woody edibles.
