Established in 1988 in the rural community of Marengo, Illinois; Pork King Packing began its operation with approximately 25 employees and processed up to 200 hogs daily.
Today, Pork King Packing employs approximately 240 employees and processes an average of 2100 hogs daily. Our facility is inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) giving us the ability to be a leader in worldwide exports, exporting over 25% of our product.
